All orders are sent with tracked shipping. That said, because our packages are small and fit through a letterbox, local delivery partners don’t always scan them on arrival; they may have scanned the package earlier in the distribution centre. Occasionally a tracking status shows as “delivered” based on an estimated delivery date rather than a confirmed scan.
If your order hasn’t arrived yet, please:
- Check your letterbox and any safe spots your delivery driver might use.
- Ask any housemates or neighbours whether they received a package on your behalf.
- Wait until 28 days after your shipment confirmation email. In 90% of cases, the package still arrives — it’s most likely delayed somewhere in transit.
After 28 days: If your order still hasn’t arrived, please contact our customer service team. At that point, we can open a formal investigation with the shipping partner.
