If you’ve entered an incorrect password several times in a row, your account will be temporarily blocked as a security measure. This block lasts 15 minutes, after which you can try logging in again.
If you’re not sure of your password, we’d recommend resetting it straight away rather than trying again, which could trigger another block.
To reset your password:
- Go to the login page, then click "Forgot password?"
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- Check your inbox for a reset link and follow the instructions.
