Customer feedback is crucial to maintaining a high quality product. This is why all Sensi Seeds packages are imprinted with a code allowing the specific batch of seeds it comes from to be identified.
In case of negative customer feedback, Sensi Seeds is then able to perform tests on a specific batch to verify its quality. If the batch is found to be unsatisfactory, it is entirely removed from the stock, and replaced with a fresh batch.
